This document sets out the rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies and other tracking technologies in connection with use of the Skills Masters website available at skillsmasters.pl.

I General provisions

  1. This privacy policy is informational in nature.
  2. The operator of the website available at skillsmasters.pl (hereinafter: the "Service") is ViewPro s.c. T. Mróz J. Mróz, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-495), ul. Skoroszewska 2B/34, VAT No.: PL5223019335, hereinafter referred to as "VIEWPRO".
  3. VIEWPRO is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of data protection legislation.
  4. In connection with operating the Service, VIEWPRO collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR"), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, and the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law, insofar as it relates to the use of cookies and similar technologies.
  5. You can contact the Data Controller by email at: info@skillsmasters.pl.

II Scope and purposes of personal data processing

  1. VIEWPRO processes personal data to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, handle communications with Users, and for analytical and statistical purposes.
  2. VIEWPRO only requires data that is necessary for the proper operation of the Service and for responding to enquiries. Failure to provide the required data will prevent the relevant action from being carried out.
  3. The scope of data processed depends on the purpose and may include: email address, full name, phone number, and website address or social media profiles — if such data is provided voluntarily in a form.
  4. VIEWPRO processes personal data for the following purposes:
    1. enabling Users to use the features of the website;
    2. handling enquiries submitted via contact forms (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    3. pursuing or defending against potential claims (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    4. analytical and statistical purposes, including analysing traffic on the Service using cookies employed by analytical tools that require User consent, and analysing aggregated visit statistics using tools that do not use cookies — to the extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the configuration implemented in the Service.
  5. Your personal data is not used by us for automated decision-making, including profiling that could produce legal effects concerning you.

III Recipients of data and transfers to third parties

  1. VIEWPRO's service providers: VIEWPRO discloses Users' personal data only to processors under concluded data processing agreements, for the purpose of providing services to VIEWPRO — in particular hosting providers, IT service providers, marketing support providers, advisors, and providers of analytical tools used in the Service. Depending on the configuration actually in use, these may include Google LLC in connection with the use of Google Analytics, and METRICOOL SOFTWARE, S.L. in connection with the use of the Metricool tool for analysing Service statistics.
  2. Authorities and bodies authorised by law: upon receipt of a request from an authorised authority or institution, VIEWPRO will disclose data as required by law.

IV Data retention period

  1. Processing of data on the basis of VIEWPRO's legitimate interest takes place for the time necessary to achieve that interest or until a valid objection is raised.
  2. Data provided via the contact form will be processed for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and conduct correspondence, and thereafter until any potential claims have become time-barred.

V Rights of data subjects

VIEWPRO ensures that Users can exercise the rights provided under the GDPR, including:

  1. the right to access their data and receive a copy of it;
  2. the right to rectification (correction) of their data;
  3. the right to erasure of their data;
  4. the right to restriction of processing;
  5. the right to object to processing;
  6. the right to data portability;
  7. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if a breach of data protection regulations is identified.

VI Social media and joint controllership

  1. We operate profiles on social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram), links to which may appear in the Service.
  2. We process data provided during interactions with our profiles (first name, surname or username, image, message content) for the purpose of managing the profile and responding to messages (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. In relation to statistics provided by platform operators (Meta, LinkedIn), we act as joint controllers. The detailed rules governing data processing by those operators can be found in their own privacy policies.

VII Use of cookies and tracking technologies

  1. The Service uses cookies and may use other analytical technologies for measuring traffic and evaluating how the Service is used.
  2. On the first visit, information about the use of cookies is displayed together with the option to manage consents.
  3. VIEWPRO uses cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the website. Necessary cookies are based on the legitimate interest of the controller or serve to provide a service requested by the User and cannot be disabled via the consent banner, subject to the possibility of managing them in browser settings to the technically available extent.
  4. With the User's explicit consent, VIEWPRO uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to analyse traffic on the Service. Analytical cookies may be used for this purpose. This data is not, as a rule, used by VIEWPRO to directly identify a User, but may constitute personal data within the meaning of the GDPR if, in a specific context, it is possible to link it to a particular individual.
  5. VIEWPRO also uses the Metricool tool provided by METRICOOL SOFTWARE, S.L. to analyse visit and traffic statistics for the Service. According to the provider's documentation, Metricool's web/blog tracker operates on the basis of JavaScript code and does not use cookies or store identifiers on the User's end device. According to the provider, the IP address necessary for the technical implementation of the connection is used during the connection but is not stored by the provider. The tool is intended to present aggregated and anonymous visit statistics.
  6. The User may withdraw consent to analytical cookies at any time via the cookie settings available in the Service or through the appropriate browser settings, provided that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
  7. Where the use of analytical tools results in data being transferred outside the European Economic Area, VIEWPRO applies appropriate mechanisms to legitimise such transfers — in particular, a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses — depending on the transfer model used by the relevant provider.

VIII Server logs

  1. Use of the Service involves sending requests to the server, which are recorded in logs (IP address, time, browser, operating system).
  2. This data is not associated with specific individuals and is used solely for administrative, diagnostic and security purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

IX Final provisions

  1. The Service may contain links to external websites. VIEWPRO is not responsible for the data processing rules applied by those websites.
  2. This Privacy Policy enters into force on 2 April 2026.
