This document sets out the rules for processing personal data in connection with use of the Skills Masters website available at skillsmasters.pl.

I General provisions

  1. This privacy policy is informational in nature and has been prepared in order to fulfil the information obligations arising from the GDPR.
  2. The operator of the website available at skillsmasters.pl (hereinafter: the "Service") is ViewPro s.c. T. Mróz J. Mróz, with its registered office in Warsaw (02-495), ul. Skoroszewska 2B/34, VAT No.: PL5223019335, hereinafter referred to as "VIEWPRO".
  3. VIEWPRO is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of data protection legislation.
  4. VIEWPRO processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR"), the Act on the provision of electronic services, and - to the extent applicable to the operation of the Service - the Electronic Communications Law.

II Scope and purposes of personal data processing

  1. VIEWPRO processes personal data to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, handle communications with Users, conduct limited traffic analytics, and protect against abuse.
  2. VIEWPRO only requires data that is strictly necessary to respond to an enquiry or to provide a particular feature of the Service. Failure to provide the required data may prevent the relevant action from being carried out.
  3. The scope of data processed may include in particular: email address, full name, phone number, and - if provided voluntarily by the User - website address and social media profile addresses.
  4. VIEWPRO processes personal data for the following purposes:
    • enabling Users to use the features of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    • handling enquiries submitted via contact forms or other contact channels available in the Service - depending on the nature of the matter, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
    • maintaining and securing correspondence, and pursuing or defending against potential claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
    • conducting analytics and statistics on Service visits in a model that does not use cookies - on the basis of VIEWPRO's legitimate interest in analysing how the Service is used, developing the website and evaluating the effectiveness of its communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  5. Your personal data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling that could produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

III Information on cookie-free analytics tools

  1. The Service uses the Metricool tool for website traffic analytics.
  2. According to the provider's documentation, this tool, in its web/blog tracker model, operates using JavaScript code and does not store cookies or unique identifiers on the User's end device.
  3. In the course of the tool's operation, limited technical information related to a visit to the Service may be processed, such as the IP address used during the connection, the address of the visited page, the date and time of the visit, traffic source, device type, browser or operating system - to the extent necessary to generate aggregated visit statistics.
  4. This data is used by VIEWPRO for analytical, statistical, security and Service development purposes. VIEWPRO does not use this data for automated decision-making in respect of the User or for profiling that produces legal effects.
  5. If cookies or similar technologies requiring consent are implemented in the Service in the future, VIEWPRO will put in place an appropriate consent management mechanism and update this policy accordingly.

IV Recipients of data and transfers to third parties

  1. VIEWPRO discloses Users' personal data only to processors under concluded data processing agreements, for the purpose of providing services to VIEWPRO - in particular hosting providers, IT support providers, and providers of analytical, marketing, advisory and technical maintenance services for the Service.
  2. In connection with the use of the Metricool tool, data relating to traffic on the Service may be transferred to METRICOOL SOFTWARE, S.L. as the provider of the analytics tool - to the extent necessary for the provision of that service.
  3. Upon receipt of a request from an authorised authority or institution, VIEWPRO will disclose personal data to the extent required by applicable law.

V Data retention period

  1. Processing of data on the basis of VIEWPRO's legitimate interest takes place for the period necessary to achieve that interest or until a valid objection is raised, unless there are overriding grounds for continued processing.
  2. Data provided via the contact form or in other correspondence will be processed for the period necessary to handle the matter, and thereafter until any potential claims have become time-barred or for the period required by law.

VI Rights of data subjects

VIEWPRO ensures that Users can exercise the rights provided under the GDPR, including:

  1. the right to access their data and receive a copy of it;
  2. the right to rectification (correction) of their data;
  3. the right to erasure of their data;
  4. the right to restriction of processing;
  5. the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  6. the right to data portability - in cases provided for under the GDPR;
  7. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law.

VII Social media and joint controllership

  1. VIEWPRO operates profiles on social media platforms, links to which may appear in the Service - in particular on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  2. In connection with the use of these profiles, VIEWPRO may process data provided during interactions with the profile, such as first name, surname or username, image, and the content of a comment or message - for the purpose of communication and profile management (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. In relation to statistics provided by social media platform operators, VIEWPRO may act as a joint controller together with the relevant platform operator. Further details can be found in the privacy policies of those operators.

VIII Server logs

  1. Use of the Service involves sending requests to the server, which are recorded in server logs.
  2. Logs may include in particular the IP address, date and time of the event, information about the web browser, operating system and the address of the visited page.
  3. Log data is not used by VIEWPRO to identify the User beyond the purposes of administration, security, diagnostics and ensuring the proper functioning of the Service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

IX Final provisions

  1. The Service may contain links to external websites. VIEWPRO is not responsible for the data processing rules applied by the operators of those websites.
  2. This Privacy Policy enters into force on 18 April 2026.
  3. Should the functionality of the Service, the scope of data processing or the tools used change, this policy may be updated accordingly.
